Newb Need Help, Please
My friend gave me a SB Live Value (CT4780) and it has the AUD_EXT connector. I downloaded the KX drivers and i dont know a thing about ASIO. All i know is that ASIO 0 and 1 are the AC'97 mic inputs and line inputs. I also want to get additional coaxial and Toslink In's and Out's from the AUD_EXT, because i dont have the livedrive. I tried to connect the pins 5(SPDIF Sig, and 6 Ground) to my dvd's optical out, and nothing. Please help me on ASIO and how to make In/Out's for my AUD_EXT.

Have you tried to search a forum before posting?

I have a low-speed internet connection, so searching over 100 pages is not a good option for me

Read the documentation on the kx Project page. http://www.asio4all.com/
That's how I learned. |

"Asio4all" has nothing to do with the kX-project. About connecting some digital signals on AUD_EXT connector, go to www.electricstart.de or read this thread: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/general-discussion/41219-analogue-spdif-converter-project-opened.html
