ASIO driver (problems with KX)

ASIO driver (problems with KX)
Why the driver (ON) " Kx 3537 ", and also old versions (3534) does not support the DIGITAL OUTPUT (Digital out) audiocard{audiomap} SB live! (5.1). Generally function is:
- At the switched off button " Only digital " analog outputs of audio work;
- At ON button " Only digital " works nothing (i.e. analog, figures. Outputs{exits}).
Though, at standard CREATIVE driver Digital out works normally.
But in standard the driver there is no support ASIO, and in KX - is. And ASIO it is very necessary for me for program Adobe Premiere 1.5 pro.
Prompt please!!!
