EEK! ASIO Control panel in Nuendo???

Im using SampleTank 2 with Nuendo and my midi keyboard. When i hit the keys on the keyboard it literally takes a second before i can hear the sound play in Nuendo. i look at the help manuel in Nuendo to find answers and it tells me that i need to change the buffer size in the "ASIO control panel". Unfortunatly i have no idea were that is!!! is the ASIO control panel in Nuendo, or are they talking about the control panel in windows... HELP!!!!

System Specs

the ASIO Control panel should be reached from the audio hardware or soundcrd section of nuendo. Lower the latency to reduce the buffer size and therefore shorten the time it takes from keystroke to sound

also it sounds like you are using diretsound rather than asio - simply change the driver you are using from the same parent controlpanel or menu
