vst system link

Hi, if kxasio is full implementation of asio 2.0 then it should work with VST System Link but for some reason it crashes both Cubase SX and Nuendo when i try to implement VST Link. I'm using Soundblaster Live platinum card as master with RME harmerfall DSP as slave thru SPDIF. I can configure spdif in/out using kxasio in/outs thru the KXDSP with no problems. I can send spdif audio out from soundblaster into rme hammerfall and out from hammerfall back into sounblaster with no problems but when i try to enable vst link, WinXP generates error dialog box and wants to send error log and Nuendo program shuts down and exits.
Any ideas what going on?

btw. "VST System Link" is not mentioned in ASIO 2 specifications at all...

Hi Max, thanks for the reply. I did read and carried out all suggestions in the thread you mentioned before posting my thread but still no go.
