mini midi ports on CT4660 daughterboard

I do hope I'm posting in the right place....

I'd like to use the midi in/out with the CT4660 I/O card for my soundblaster live soundcard. My problem is twofold: I no longer have the adapter cable, and it seems they are no longer available to purchase.

Does anyone know the pin assignments for the midi ports on this card? I would be very happy to find out so I can make my own cables and get back to making music!

thanks

i think you can use oldstyle pc keyboard to p/s2 adaptors to do the job, but don't quote me on that
