Audigy Gamer and music...

Ok, so playing MP3 through WinAmp or iTunes works fine, however; in Black and White 2, as well as Oblivion the music is all screwed up (In oblivion it causes stuttering, and in B&W2 the music it self just stutters)... The other audio is fine though (sound effects, etc.) I have the newest drivers from creative... any one have any ideas?
