AWE32 vs AWE64 and drivers

people i have on my second pc (mmx200@250) an awe32 with 4mb of memory I will buy an awe64 gold for about 5eur will I benefit anything?
and about drivers..the gold edition onf awe64 didn't have those beauty things that creative does?anyone can upload an iso of the original drivers and things of creative?
Is the best driver the one on creative page?

or there is a modded one?
