??? Cubase SX+DSP Factory Problem

Firstly, I'd like to say hello to everyone, I'm new to the forum.

Now my question: I just installed the Yamaha DSP Factory DS2416 card/AX11 extension and I want to activate the inputs on Cubase SX. You should be able to select "VST Inputs" from the "Devices" pull-down menu, but it is not there. Does anyone know of this problem and how to fix it? This has really confused me...

make sure you have installed your soundcard drivers correctly, selected the correct ASIO or Directsound driver from the list, and that the yamaha card is correctly installed

Yeah, all the hardware and drivers are installed correctly, I tested it using the ds2416ck application and it checked up fine. Once installed, all the DSP factory devices showed up in Cubase. I selected "ASIO SW+DS 32 WDM" as the ASIO driver. The driver I installed for the DSP factory was just for the 32-bit, not the 16. I heard that having it set on 44.1k could be the problem so I put it on 48, and the "VST Inputs" is still not showing.

Edit: "VST Outputs" is not appearing either.
