Audigy 2 on Audigy 1 no show in control panel

I have installed Audigy 2 drivers on Audigy 1. So far sounds good, I see the version as .324 in the Device Mgr, but it does not show up in the control panel. The question is that whenever I try to uninstall the driver from the Device Mgr, it reinstalls itself after restart. I just want to go back to Audigy 1 drivers. Could someone please guide me as to how to uninstall Audigy 2 ?
Thanking you all in advance. A-2 drivers simply refuses to be taken out.
