convert analog speakers to digital

Hi ppl, there is a question in my mind that doesn't let me sleep..I think I already have ask this..butI am still not conformed..
well my speakers are analog (Logitech X-530 5.1)

and what I want to know is if there is any chance of modding it do digital..

or even

in that way I could use the soudnstorm and not the alc650..or the fortissimo III in digital mode
I get fired so no chance of getting true digital speakers..
I believe that this could be an easy mod..if it work :P if anyone has it working can it give me instructions to do it?

all speakers are analogue, some just have their own digital to analogue converters

what you need to add a digital to analogue conversion on a purely analogue speaker set is an external DAC

they're expensive, but most are professional grade, and hence are stereo only - you won't find one that will encode and compress AC3 (for 5.1)

well I saw somewhere that if I buy a Creative DDTS-100 then I could turn my speakers into digital..is that true?and as I never listened to any digital speakers I'd like to know..is it really different or what?is it worth giving 70eur for a Creative DDTS-100 and use soundstorm?
