Well, what do you mean with worth it. You have just to uninstall the old drivers (just the drivers) then install the new ones. I tried the new ones and I'd say sound is a bit better, but I can't tell for sure. I'd install them.

Honestly, I think they rename the drivers from the past and label them as something newer.

How can the sound be better if they haven't modified anything in terms of sound processing?

It's only a hot-fix for me. Nothing new anyway...

I will try them anyway, I do have a NF4 Motherboard, maybe they partially fixed some of the issues.
