Possible to Convert 4.1 to 5.1, has yellow jack

hello
is it possible, with drivers or by flashing, to convert my 4.1 creative card to a 5.1
i have an audigy already with the awsome YouP Audigy4 drivers/software
i just want to know if anyone was succesfull in doing so before i crack open my computer and try
i have a Creative Sound Blaster Live CT4830.
