Softmod Soundblaster Live to Audigy?!?

Hey Guys check this out...
Someone figured out that soundblaster audigy uses the emu10k1 chip, same as the soundblaster live...and hacked a driver to softmod live into audigy!

gonna compare it to the KX driver as well, SB live is ressurected..

err..guys..i tried it out recently...not such a good driver. i couldn't tell if it improved the sound or not.. but it makes eax disappear.. i like to have eax on..especially the dance advanced eq. oh yeah, there's a windows update for win XP..it says - Creative Media Driver Version 5.1.2603.0 i'm trying it right now.....

ive moved this with a redirect to the audio section, so people visiting both the modding and audio forums will see it.

That's not completely correct. Audigy uses EMU10k2, which is based on EMU10k1, but it has more effects processing power than 10k1...
