soundstorm no real 5.1 on some games

i have an abit an-7 with onboard soundstorm connected to my receiver and enabled dolby digital live. the sound is ok in music and movies but when i play counterstrike source, fear and farcry i didnt get 5.1 sound.

the center and rear sounds the same in counterstrike source's audio test, i think im also not getting 5.1 surrounds on fear too. only 2 speakers working when i play farcry. any soundstorm or x-mystique users here experiencing these? i have no problems when playing call of juarez and nfs carbon, im getting real 5.1 on these games. i also have an audigy2 value but didnt get any problem with games.
