headphone microphone combo recommendation

I looked at the headphone thread above and it wasn't what I was looking for.

I just want a headphone (or earphones?)/microphone combo that is cheap and comfortable. Mainly used for voice gaming.

I found these:

But no reviews, so its hard to know if its any good.

Oh and I have a big question. It says this works through the speaker input port in my computer. How can a microphone and headphones both work through one input? I would of thought that it would wrok through USB.
