how to play flac.(lossless) using windows media 11

does anyone know how to play flac files using windows media 11 unders windows vista , ive been playing it using creative player supplied with xfi but its hard too manage my files . thanks

You might be interested in THIS page. It's a DirectShow filter that allows you to play OGG and FLAC files from within most media players, such as Windows Media Player, BS Player, and so fourth. My advice, download the latest "stable" build ([COLOR=#000000]version 0.71.0946)[/COLOR], and not the "unstable" ones. After you install it WMP should play the files just fine.

The Klite codec pack works for this too but I don't really reccomend that thing as it has screwed up my computer so many times... but hey if you've got a current backup going why not
