TaTTs is on a distinguished road

Vista 64

Amongst other probs....just bought a new Vist 64 systemm. basically, dell 5:1 speakers dont work on it. nor does backspace on G15 gaming keyboarf and it comes up as HID compliant keyboard in device manager. DL'd all vista 64 drivers etc anyone have any ideas? would be grateful for any help

5.1 does not work because of the new sound API in Vista, the workaround for this I would have to find it again.... Anyways as for the keyboard issues I have the same KB and no problems whatsoever, is your backspace working on other machines?

That's an ancient thread, from before Vista was RTM. For Creative cards, the latest drivers on their site support 7.1/5.1. (some issues with 6.1 with some of them though)

I was under the impression that 5.1 and 7.1 had alot of problems on x64, I probably should have proof read that thread better if it was that old

Did the issue get resolved?
