no audio with crysis or jericho with audigy softmod.

Hello, i have my audigy 2 ZS softmoded to audigy 4, and i dont get any ingame sound on either crysis (demo) or jericho, while is loading or the intro i do have sound on both games, i play HL2 fine, is just those 2 games.... i uninstalled the softmod and installed the creative drivers and it worked fine, so i reinstalled the softmod and nothing again.

does anyone have an idea what the problem is?
