Hi everybody.

First of all, you'll have to excause my english because I´m from Iceland.

I´ve been trying to configure traktor dj studio 3 and SB Live 5.1 (sb0060) using kx 3538j drivers, so I can listen to monitor in my headphones and the master in my rear speakers.

I´ve been following instructions from earlier threads in this forum and I´m almost there!

I connected the headphones to the green hole on back of the sound card. The kx DSP has the default settings. Swap front and rear is OFF. Surrounder is set to 5.1 direct path.
In Traktor I configured monitor to 4/5 and master to 6/7.

Now I can hear the monitor in my headphones, just as I wanted.
BUT, I can hear the master in BOTH my rear speakers and my headphones, but I only want to hear it in the rear speakers!

No matter what I do, I can always hear the master in the headphones as well!

Do you guys have any clue how to fix this??

Problem solved! I had to adjust a knob in Traktor called 'Ph Mix'. Sometimes it's actually better to read the manual
