SB Live! 5.1 (SB0220) no 5.1 speaker selection in AudioHQ

I've tried both Youp Pax 3.33 and 3.63 drivers. Both of them only allow me to select 4/4.1, 2/2.1 and headphones under AudioHQ->Speaker Setup despite the fact that I have under windows Sound Devices Setup I have 5.1 speakers selected.

How do I get the driver to set speakers to 5.1 and use all the speakers?

If worst case you can try kx driver if not time ditch that live card there no more support for the drivers. Try go to your audio deivce settings and check 5.1 that way.
