Audio-IN issues with X-Fi ExtremeMusic
Hello there!
I've got a certain problem, which I fail to solve. I've got a brandnew PC, everything is set up. There is my X-Fi ExtremeMusic, which runs with YouP Pax Suite 2007 on Vista Buisness x64. When using voip applications and playing Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, I am muted after a while, but can still hear what others are saying. In Skype for example, you can "fix" this by choosing the _same_ Audio-IN signal in the settings again, though a few minutes later you'll be back where you started. I can't really find the reason. Did I not clean all the original Ceative drivers? Is this something common? Is it Vista's fault? Please help me and thanks in advance. |

As far as testing goes, Ventrilo seems to be affected, too ...
EDIT: Teamspeak, too EDIT2: Apparently, this muting only happens when being ingame. Hm... Last edited by Zephy; Apr 22, 2008 at 01:46 AM. |
