Asus Xonar - List of games not compatible with DS3D-GX

Hi!
DS3D-GX Setting on the latest driver update let you "emulate" EAX 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 settings, on Xonar cards, but as this requires an "emulator"
to work; as with every other emulator, "emulation is NOT PERFECT", so i created a list with the games that do not work with the setting on, hoping that maybe somebody found a solution to this little problems, and have TRUE EAX Emulation in all of our games/Aplications.-
No further talking, here is the list that does not work when you select DS3D-GX On Vista X64 Drivers

List of Games/App, that cause a Blue screen with cmudaxp (DS3D-GX Enable)

List of Not working, quiting to windows, or Not able to select EAX Settings:

Oblivion (quiting to windows)
Prince of Persia - the Two Thrones (base.dll missing) Replacing Base.dll, and detectionapi.dll from Warrior Within Fix the problem.-
Street Racing Sindicate (Not able to select EAX Settings)
BioShock (quiting to windows)
Juiced (Not able to select EAX Settings)
megaman 8 (quiting to windows), Direct Sound Error
