Found a way to get the diagnostics to work!

I have installed the Pax III driver for the sblive value card that I have. The version number is 5.12.1.253 (date is 12/24/2002). Then I installed from the setup from A2forSBlive. After that, I had a copy of SP20929 cd (about 377 mb burned to a cd...mind you from Compact) and installed the diagnostic tool from there and it works! Enjoy!
