Phillips AMBX speakers

what do you think about the AMBX speakers? Is it worth buying it? is it better then the other speakers?

The speakers are really good when combined with everything else i.e. the sub woofer and the lights / fans from the Premium kit. Ive got a Creative 7.1 Surround system but that is currently sat in a box in favour of the Philips amBX Premium kit as the sound quality is the same (just not as many locations obviously as no satellites) and because of all the added extras the amBX kit gives you. It's great for playing music, I can make my own mini disco with the lights lol, and some of the new games titles really utilise it and add to the experience.

The Play one is the cheapest and as far as i can see they're all SGC5103BD, so get the play one!

Currently got a Creative Audigy ZS connected to the amBX Premium Kit. Loaded up CoD4 straight away and was blown away at how the kit adds another dimension to playing games. It makes every gun fire, chopper flight, jungle/city combats feel so real. You have to try it to feel how it takes games to another level. Definitely worth buying if you are a gaming enthusiast like myself

I'd suggest getting the premium kit from Play.com!

thanks but there are only 3 speakers +sub :O is it possible to connect more speakers to it? and also how do you control the volume? is there some sort of panel that comes with it or anything? :O (nothing in the pics)

its possible to set up more than 1 ambx kit so you can have more lights/speakers fans etc. whatever you like

all on the one comp. Theres a simple wheel on one of the speakers for volume
