Remove / Disable CTAELIcensing.exe on X-Fi cards

Hey guys,
I wondered if anyone had found a way to disable the new CTAELicensing crap which is required to run the audio console and volume panel on the 0004 driver. A response or PM would be appreciated.

I have removed CTAELIcensing form latest Console pack and using it with 2.13.0012 driver and it is working great. This crap installs along with driver i have tried to strip it but if I want to install even only drivers it tells my file not found

and i can't find it what is going on. Does anybody no how to mod instwdm.ini file or with what I can read it I just want this DDL dts pack to work on my X-fi

now it installs but don't show in conoles

If you want I can upload CSL pack to rapid but it is useless with new driver though
