For systems using Windows Vista Dolby® Digital and DTS® decode re-established for sound cards that included decoding in their Windows XP drivers (Not applicable for products that included a 3rd party software DVD player license in the package). DVD-Audio playback re-established for sound cards that included the application in their Windows XP software suite (For Windows Vista 32-bit only). Requires the latest Creative MediaSource DVD-Audio Player software. Click here to download. Nice, thanks for the heads up.
Speaking of which, does anyone know if there is list I can add or something I can download to update Alchemy's built in profile list? Creative hasn't updated Alchemy since August 08. I know I can add games manually to the list, but then it's a matter of trial and error to get the settings right. |

I think it has to do with the fact that the settings for buffers and voices and whatnot are far from consistent from game to game. I couldn't imagine someone having the patience to go load their one game over and over again for hours and hours to find out if it was better with 4 buffers or 8 buffers.
