Audigy 2 & Task Manager?

Just installed the audigy 2 and the Creative 6.1 6600 120watt speaker system. Everything sounds great. After the initial install using the software cd that came with the audigy 2, I went to Creative`s web site and D/L and installed all the critical updates and the latest driver version 1.80.0.0 My question is, now when you go into the task manager, and under the Processes tab, the nomenclature under the username column that used to tell you whether the application was System or Owner is no longer there. The whole column is blank! I am running WXP home edition. This may have occurred right after the initial install and not after any D/L and installed updates, but how can I get the System or Owner identifier back? I do know for a fact it happenned with the audigy 2 upgrade though! Probably something simple but my mind is just blank this morning!
