Live! Player 1024 w/Audigy2 Drivers

Hi,
I installed the Audigy2 drivers successfully on my SB Live Player 1024 and I still have some questions:

1. When I go to Properties -> System -> Hardware the Soundcard is still listed as SB Live Value. Is that correct? Isnt there supposed to stand SB Live Audigy?

2. Is there a way to get EAX and Speaker Setup running?

Glad to hear that you managed to install them

1. No. It is listed as it should be. Live! and Audigy are different sound processors (hardware differences), installing newer drivers doesn't change your hardware.

2. I am sorry, but I don't know any

I think it can be explained with more processing power in Audigy Audio Processor, which is probably required to run these two apps (so Creative disabled them on Live!).
