Help with BPM Studio 4.9, not working properly.
I have been using BPM Studio 4.9 for a while, just playing around, but recently decided I wanted to a real mix cd. The problem I have is that the monitor for the second card always is out of sync by 1/2 second to the playing speakers. Also sometimes the monitor audio gets distorted or drops out. I tried a combination of an Audigy 2ZS platinum card with onboard realtek sound, An Creative X-fi card and soundmax onboard sound and also the Audigy 2ZS with an older Creative Soundblaster Live card. If anyone using bpm studio knows what might be causing this, or if there is something in the bios I might be able to change or look for that would be great. This problem is very annoying.
Thanks |

ok for this to work, you really need to use just the one sound card, that has multiple assignable outputs - I don't think you can do that with the creative drivers for the audigy cards, but installing the kX project drivers will let you do this

Re: Help with BPM Studio 4.9, not working properly.
Are you saying that BPM Studio does not work properly when using two sound cards? Also If I do use the kX project drivers and a seperate audio program for recording, will it only record the side the slider slider is on? I like the program goldwave, and usually record "What I hear", but am worried that even though I would hear the monitor ouput, goldwave may still pick it up. If not I an probably use the internal BPM Studio Recorder.
