Sound Blaster Digital Music Premium HD driver?

Ok, here's the thing:

I've just re-isntalled my Windows and i'd need the drivers for this card.
The original driver-CD is missing and theres no drivers offered at the Creative support wepsite.

So what shoud I do? Would be really nice to be able to use a card you have payid for.
Creative obviously doesn't care about the customers who already gave up their money...
