Wich one would be better

Hi all , i have Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro Series - SB046A with the I/O Front panel and remote and Logitech Z623 speakers and Razer Megalodon headphones.
I was wondering if this
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Multimedia- ASUS Xonar Xense
would be better combination for Logitech Z623 , and if the headphones in this package would be better then my current headphones.
It would be used for games and music.
