wut sound mode do u use on audigy 2?

i was just curious, what do you ppl use? CMSS 1 or 2? i dunno 1 sounds better but 2 gives better bass but less clarity but some tweaking has given CMSS 1 some more bass.

I use kX, but last time I used Creative drivers I used CMSS 2 because it sounded more pleasent to me.

well u do create the kX drivers lol. ive never tried it. i need all those damn options and the nice mixer. but ive got to say the audigy 2 drivers are much less of a mess than audigy1/live. but the downloads are a friggin pain in the ass. they really should fix it up and make it more unified like creative and ATi. too much bloatware but it has reduced...

Well, I am not the author of kX drivers, but yes, I am a tester

Recently, kX got basic support for DirectSound3D (check kX forums for more info) and I have no reasons to go back to Creative drivers.

same here... CMSS sounded like what audigy 1 drivers used.
