sound blaster live player 5.1 bulk

Hi, i have a sound blaster live player 5.1 bulk, and i have a mic problem, in windows , msn , roger wilco and in half-life mic configuration it works just fine everyone can ear me just fine with no problems, but in game (Counter-Strike) everyone say that they can't ear me that my sound is all distorced and nobody can understand what i say, what can you guys recomend me please?
