Is there any way to install official Audigy 2 Drivers w/o installing from CD?
If I want to install the official Audigy 2 driver(WDM) from creative, I need to install the driver from the CD first. I get this error whenever I just install the Audigy 2 driver w/o installing the one from the CD first. Anyway I was wondering is there a way to modify the official A2 Driver to be installed w/o the CD installation first? Or did someone release a modified version of creative's driver? Thx

It should be possible using CTZAPXX.exe - have you tried?

If you are talking about A2ZS drivers, it should work. But if you are talking about official Creative updates, they are updates, not full packages.

I'm trying to get Audigy full cd because the cd which came with my Audigy 2 is screwed. Physically f***** up, worthless piece of plastic. I managed to install the update drivers by manually extracting first that old vers, installing via Device Manager, then the new .383 vers.

I am glad that you got it sorted somehow.
What happened to that CD?
