Sounblaster Audigy 2 - Driver issue

Hello, was wondering if ththere is somewhere u can download the official drivers thats supposed to come with the sc on the cd. I'm wondering cause when i got my soundcard my Cd was broken into 8 pieces. I went to sounblaster.com and installed the eax 4 update patch and i got sound .. but it also f***ed up my pc cause now it crashes every ones in a while :S
any suggestions what to do would be GREAT. Thanks in advance.

Hmm..first off it may not be the drivers since with the latest updates it pretty much should give you all the software you need.

We need you to answer a few questions first.

1. What card did you have installed before?

2. If you had a Creative card do you make sure you removed all the software & registry entries?

3. If you had on-board sound did you make sure to disable all the on-board sound stuff in the bios?

4. Is your new card sharing IRQ's?

5. Have you recently updated your bios and/or chipset drivers?
