Volume control on MusicMatch

Last month I bought an Audigy 2 card. Not only did I have problems installing the drivers, but once installed, it didn't work properly. After a search on the web I read about kX and have just downloaded and installed the kX Audio Driver. At last I can actually hear some music, both tracks on my harddrive and audio cd's! One thing though, I have MusicMatch and Winamp3, I have found that with both the volume control no longer work. Is this a bug or can I make adjustments via the KX mixer so that I can have control of them again?
