Same output to multiple sound cards?

Hi, I would like the sound to go to both of my sound cards instead of just one at a time. Is it possible?

The first sound card goes to my speakers and the second one goes to the tv. And, right now, I have to switch either between soundcards or switch cables.

It is possible but I think you either need a card that will allow you to to use this function. However, there is audio apps. that will let you do this as well. I think you're stuck with using the wiring option since probably the most simplest.
