Little help with Live! needed

Hi everyonee, can anyone direct me to a thread here and in the creative labs forums, the one where a firware/bios failure is talked about ? I have a Live card and it seems to have this symptom, but I can't find a thread about this, either here or at CLabs. [SIZE=x-small]am I stupid ???[/SIZE] Thank you.
