Shapeshifter

well I followed the guide, and they installed and I got sound with my SB live! value card.

just one small problem, I can't enter any of the programs?

like audio HQ etc

for example when I run creative speaker settings (so I can tell it to use all my speakers and not just the front two) it tells me not all components are installed and to reinstall.

anyone know why this is doing so? I did the guide to the letter, mabye Im missing something, or perhaps some one had the same issue and found a way around it.

any help would be greatly appricated
