SB Live! or AC 97' ?
which from the two you prefer. and why and there is big performence diffrence
and which driver you suggest for the SB Live! ? (Creative Offical/laked/kX)

sb live 5.1, yes it supports more stuff for emaple more 3dmark 2003 sound test can run do to more support

System Specs

ac 97. better sound quality than sb live. - if you are talking about the integrated sound on 865/75 chipsets.

System Specs

SBlive would have the lowest CPU usage ocmpared to onbaord ac-97 codecs… espeically with kX loaded

kX is pretty nice.. but i am a newbie in music stuff (DJ)
i dont even know what is ASIO or AISO (rofl)
how about some kX gamers edition or newbies edition ?

the only thing i know.. is SB Live! EAX is buggy on CS
and its eatting 5-10 frame rate :P

sb-live baby! lol...i would kept my sb-live if i didn't already have an nForce 2 chipset. gave my sb-live to my lil sis; she needed it more than i did. and if you got a decent video card, you shouldn't care about 5-10 FPS in CS.....it's an old game that requires pretty much nothing to run .
