Optimal Bass Crossover frequency for Creative DTT2200 Speakers?

Just ripped out my aging Soundblaster Live 5.1 card and started using my onboard Nforce SoundStorm audio.

Now my problem is that I don't know what the best crossover frequency should be from the satellites to the subwoofer.
I can't find specs in my manual or on the net.

The satellites have no bass to speak of. Nvmixer starts with a default of 64 hz which doesn't sound too bad.

Suggestions?

change thie frequency gradually while listening to a piece of bass-heavy music
