it is the new modifier driver for Audigy2 and Audigy2 ZS sound card to make your Audigy series soundcard play higher quality sound. the driver u post supports Audigy2 and Audigy2 ZS sound card only.

it is strongly recommend u to upgrade your Windows XP to Service Pack2



intall PAX VI Ultra driver.
unintall PAX VI Ultra driver.
uninstall other sound driver including current drivers.



confirm to uninstall the driver
confirm to uninstall the preferential soundcard driver(do not pay attention to this selection.preferential soundcard is only on sale in China)



confirm to uninstall the driver
confirm to uninstall the preferential soundcard driver

ask me if you still have any problem.

hehe....actually the interface shows as error codes,nobody can read it, because your windows does not provide Chinese.Actually i MSG YouP for the question to get the answer.

Hey Classic i installed the ultra drivers and they are good just one thing all the text in the sorround mixer and stuff are in chinese or something is there a way to chage the text to english?

yes,but you have to install software pack(http://www.hardwareheaven.com/audio-general-technical-discussion/53440-easier-method-install-sounblaster-audigy2zs-drivers-audigyseries-without-any-patch.html, and remember not to cycle windows drivers option).

i'm sorry this driver does not provide English support yet. but i think next version will come out with multi languages.

no it does not support sblive 5.1
i tried installing it and it says that i need a audigy 2 card
i have a sounblaster Live! 5.1 card.
classic leon can u direct me to the software pack which contain audio hq for the soundblaster Live! 5.1 cards. thanks

the you-pax VI ultra works fine on the sblive!5.1

good question!
first application is to let [color=red]sblive4.1 become to sblive 5.1[/color](need a wire only without soldering);
second application is to let you sblive supports [color=red]DOLBY DIGITAL EX[/color] decoding(use WINDVD6), enjoy your DVD watching without DTS decoding;
the third application is that you are easily to enable or disable "range dynamic compress" on DOLBY DIGITAL EX of "creative audio panel" in your control panel. it is strongly recommended to disable "range dynamic compress" while you are watching DVD or listening to music.
the more the driver is supposed to debug original drivers(preferential sblive sound driver 5.12.04.0291, it is only issued in China, quality closes to Audigy series), and modded to get a sound-style playing. PAX series are god gift for modification.

If i use YouP-PAX-VI-Ultra with original creative audigy ZS software will eax console and speaker calibration work properly?

Im asking this because i cant get cmss 3d working properly with YouP-PAX-VI-Ultra drivers and Live_NewYear audigy 2 zs package. But cmss3d seems to work with the .253 drivers the Live_NewYear pack comes with.

actually YouP-PAX-VI is modded driver, not a software package. so haven't getten full cmss 3d working on sblive. because of sb hardware limitation.
