Creative setup does not recognize Audigy Card

Windows does, it installs the WIndows XP drivers.

However, I get this error.

In that thing, they said that installing creative before VIA"s worked.. but I couldn't get it to work, probably becuase my VIA"s weren't completey uninstalled and I'd prob have to format....

A outline of my program is also right here

Please help me
