Settings won't save with Audigy 2zs?

How do I save my settings with an Audigy 2? I set everything the way i wanted under custom in the panel. Set everything in the THX console. Then I turned everything off to play a game with EAX enabled ingame. When I exit to desktop after playing all my settings are gone? Even the customprofile I made is gone? THX settings are at default? This can't be right? What stupid mistake am I making here?

not making a mistake. i have the same problem, only it's with the bass and treble sliders. i slide them to my desired level and then the drivers for some reason sets them 2% what i had set. I wrote creative tech support many a time, but not much help from them. the last suggestion from them was the move the card to another pci slot, though i haven't done this as yet...
