Creative SB0230 Soundblaster audigy card, better than my onboard sound?
Here is a link to the card I have(not onboard obviously):
http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=sb0230-u I have a Chaintech VNF3-250(Nividia Nforce3) motherboard with a chaintech multimediacard(not a true sound card, it has it's own mini- pci port and this thing pretty much supplies S-brackets as the main purpose).... The audio onboard is Nofrce2 audio I believe and I recieved this SB0230 Creative Soundblaster Audigy card with EAXHD support and 1394 port from a friend. I was wondering if I should install the card or stick with onboard(which also has EAX)? BTw, where can I find drivers for this thing? Creative's site? Last time I looked I didn't see any drivers for a audigy card alone(all I saw were things like LS or Live). Thx for the help. Last edited by Rageking; Sep 19, 2004 at 06:10 PM. |
