audigy1 with audigy2drivers missing eax in games

hey there

i´m using the audigy2 drivers from the guide ! everything is working fine while normal windows music listening. but when i´m going to use the eax in games, i get an error ( unable to detect eax hardware - software caused problem )
downloaded all available updates from creative, disabled second soundcard, disabled eax presets before launching the game!

but nothing.....

my sys : athlon 2400+
win2k
audigy 1 ( with audigy2zs driver )

plz help me
