help one speakers not play

last week i buy a audigy 2zs card and t7700 speakers(7.1),the right rear speakers d not play in player and test speaker settings channel is play in subwoofer,and the test noise the subwoofer is correct but the right rear speaker no play,i see the software in cd creative is many bugs and instal the last drivers of creative site,i check the cables very times and its fine,today i instal the drivers for kx, the same problem in speaker test(5.1)one the speaker not play,

please help me

i switch the speakers one not play , the subwoofer is damage i supose

I can hypothesize what you want to say.
Well, you may try using drivercleaner to uninstall all drivers of Creative software. Then reinstall the driver you want-kX or Creative official drivers. If the same problem occurs, you Change speakers to test for your sound card or change sound card to test for your speakers. Check which one is broken, and send dud 1 for warranty.
