Ventrilo Help

[color=#cccccc]I'm having a problem with the latest version of Ventrilo. It lets me connect to our server, however when I try to go into setup, the program just locks up. The only way I can kill it is to reboot. If I'm not connected I can enter setup no problem, seems any action once connected causes the problem.

I'm running the following:
XP Pro SP2
Asus P5GD2 Premium MB
The sound is integrated to the MB, C-Media CMI9880 High Def Audio solution 7.1 -channel Codec (according to the manual)

I'm pretty sure this is a driver issue? I have tried the most current drivers on asus's site, also tried some from realtek, no luck.

I'd appreciate any help.

i don't think drivers are your problem you say once you are connected you get this issue, try uninstalling then reinstalling the software, and trying a newer or older version of the software to see if you can get it to work
