Audigy2 Drivers SUPPORT Audigy1 (Oh, yeah!)

Ditto. Every single link for the audigy2 drivers appears to be dead. Can someone please either host another link, or share them on some kind of a p2p program. It would be good if someone with a phat pipe shared them on DC/DC++ then left a note here saying which hub they were in... or something.

I've got an Audigy player (bling bling) and I'd like to try this.

It appears the set I uploaded were removed via a glitch. Only problem is I no longer have any A2 stuff on my HD's. If someone with broadband that has these could PM Dallastar about getting these up, please do.

well one more question to the kx audiodriver

is it possible to direct the output to only 1 speaker?

well when i shower i move the slider to the rear left speaker turn it loud and take it in the bath room

it is to loud to have all with a high volume...

I keep getting a corrupt .rar file, with most of data2.cab missing, and i can't install the drivers.

Is there any other links for the drivers?

I have the same problem.... with CRC error in rar

Atough i have used the sb_install_eng archive, patched and i can install the drivers and the suite without problems.... But i can´t use the speaker config, the mixer.... anything, because tells me that i don´t have an audigy (i have an Audigy1 over XP).... Any solution please.

Is anyone able to create any speaker calibrations and have it show up in the surround mixer? (I'm using an Audigy with the hacked 324 Audigy2 drivers)

I use the hacked Audigy2 driver for my Audigy, and hacked all update fiiles with ctcomp.exe. It worked no any problem. Great.

hi all,

as with many others, i have problems with no sound from the rear speaker (btw i have audigy 1 and 5.1 speakers). As other suggested, i tried to use CMSS. It works for listening music in any players. However if i play games and if i turn CMSS on (otherwise there is no sound coming from the rear speakers), it seems that the 3d positioning sound of the games are not quite right. For example, in ocassion where a sound should only be produced by the front speakers, the same sound is also produced by the rear speakers. It seems that the rear speakers is only producing sound that is produced by the front speakers.
(btw i'm using winxp)
Could anyone else confirm the problems?and some possible fixes?

hey guys, im about to try this. in the directions i coulnd't find all those update files on creative's website... but on the .324 updating section, it has updatse for those files. do oi have to install the first ones or can i use those newer ones directly since i cant find the older ones?

It's a feature. You need to turn CMSS on for normal sounds and turn it off for games.

One problem is that if I turn CMSS off when playing games, there aren't any sound coming from the rear speakers. BTW if I used the original Audigy 1 driver, there are sound coming from all the 5 speakers (front, center, rear speakers).
Otherwise the Audigy 2 drivers are really great (better sound and less bugs). Thanks for supplying such a good drivers.

all the drivers ive tried for my audigy have sucked sooooo badly so far. i tried this and it worked for the first few days, now my comp freezes all the time in games. why the heck does this happen with every frickin driver i use. im really gettin pissed off about creative's sucky drivers

It seems that everything else works, but while watching .avi or .mpg files,
picture and sounds are jumping.
Any ideas how to fix that?

These new sounds are incredible (exept in videos), they work almost like wallhack in games

First I extracted sb_install_multilang.rar to E:\
next I extracted ctcomp.exe to E:\SB_INSTALL\Audio\Setup
I runned E:\SB_INSTALL\Setup.exe
I had problems with mediasource installation, but that should´t have anythint to do with my problem (?).
Installed application updates (CMSP021216.exe, EAXCONSP021213.exe, SFBMSP021213.exe, SPKSETSP021213.exe). DVDA021213.exe
Extracted AUD2DRVL11021217.exe to F:\driver
Extracted ctcomp.exe to F:\driver and runned setup
Extracted AUD2DRVL11030205.exe to F:\driver (after first deleting previous files

)
Extracted ctcomp.exe to F:\driver and runned setup
Installed application updates updates ( these are files CMSP030127.exe, SPKSET030206.exe, SURMIX030206.exe). DVDAPATCH030206.exe

leave cmss on and turn ANY EAX environments off. the EAX envor's will jack everything up whenit comes to movies and games. CMSS on is fine. at least for me i always have it on cmss 2 with the balance slider in the middle.

When i am using teamspeak during gameplay, ihave no problems hearing others or talking but...... Game sounds are gone????

the game is bf 1942 dc mod.

I have TS set to direct sound (read that here in another thread)

whats my major malfunction?

How do i fix it?
