EAX-Effect-Presets (audio-hq) controlled via MIDI?

Hi there,

I'm asking if there are any tools to switch between self-made audio-hq-presets via MIDI?

The background is: we don't have any money for realtime-dsp's which we'd need for vocals of our band.

We'd like to play live and due to the electronic style we do it would fit perfect. I have two soundcards in my system, one of them is the SB Live! Value which I'd like to use only for the vocal's real-time-effects.

Are there any tools out there I could give a try?

hmm if you use the live solely for vocal FX, maybe you should give kX a try, you lose EAX, but you gain many other efects, compressors, eqs, reverbs etc, and there are several people that also program their own efx… Max M.'s UFX pack, if it were a VST - would be worth $100s, but its free for kX users… as well as midi controllable
